Old School Liquor Stores
With mass consumer business models of the BevMo's and other warehouse liquor super stores, the old time, "mom amd pop" liquor stores are dying out. These were the stores your old man would stop by on his way home from work to pick up his Schlitz. This is where a 16 year old kid could get a little refreshment because the old guy behind the counter was too busy suffering from lung cancer or reading Hustler to worry about scrutinizing your fake I.D. I love these places.

2009 Dave Mann Chopperfest
Another great Chopperfest! The So Cal weather started sketchy but turned out perfect. Many sick bikes as well as friendly brothers and sisters! We saw Slim Jim Phantom, Gilby Clarke, Jason Jessee, Irish Rich, and ... Yes, Cole Foster was there.

We've established that you can't buy soul, right? It's not about how you look, what you drive, how many bucks you have, etc.. Call it what you want, "soul", "game", mojo", whatever, it's not for sale! It's something you just feel, and if you don't, doesn't make you a bad person. Your soul level can be determined by how you answer one question: "Who would you rather drink beer with, Tom Cruise or Willy Nelson?"
